  I would rate this location a 0 if it was possible. The employees are rude and the manager Robert is as bad if not worse. I went through the drive through today and paid for food and received a drink and my card back. The drive through employee then asks what am I waiting for. I replied my food. She then asserts she has already given me my food. She even then turns to her coworkers and starts loud talking about its her first time she "lost" food to imply further that she had given it to me. She takes her time bagging the order returns to the window and starts talking into her headset. I ask for ketchup and she rolls her eyes and slams it into my hand. I tell her that is no way to respond to a customer request. I then call the store manager as I drive away. He answers and identifies himself as Robert. I recount the episode to him. He holds the phone in silence saying nothing. I ask if he has anything to say and he replies in a rude tone "I'm just waiting for you to get finished." No l apologize or I'll handle it just a double down on bad attitude and poor customer service. He got my dial tone and that's the last thing this restaurant will ever get from me.

  l like burger king the food is good I will eat there when i want bread beef potatoes fries ice coke cola cup. I love burger king.
